The role supports a 24/7/365 environment with varying shifts to ensure market coverage and smooth operations across the fleet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years dispatching experience preferred.
• Dispatching and multitasking proficiency required.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Relevant certifications or an advanced degree are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations.
• Assess and assign open events to service providers.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign nearest providers for repairs and inform customers of ETA.
• Notify supervisor of delays or repair issues.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
