Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatching experience
• Alternate combinations: advanced degree or certification in Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technology or 5 years dispatching experience
• Proficient dispatching and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign the nearest service provider to perform repairs.
• Advise customers of ETA and follow requirements.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or repair problems.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise
