Cox Enterprises is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for Cox Fleet to ensure seamless fleet operations. You will coordinate and manage logistics, assign the nearest service provider, and verify dispatch authorization while communicating ETAs and handling customer inquiries.

The role operates in a 24/7/365 environment with varying shifts, focusing on keeping vehicles road-ready and drivers supported. Training and ongoing development are available as part of a proactive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related dispatching experience, or 5 years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.
• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assign open events to the nearest appropriate service provider.
• Verify authorization to dispatch and communicate ETAs to customers.
• Inform supervisor of delays or problems with repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
