Cox Automotive is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage fleet operations logistics and ensure vehicles stay road-ready. You will assign events, verify dispatch authorization, and connect with the nearest service provider to complete repairs promptly.

The role requires strong dispatching skills and multitasking, with work hours varying to cover 24/7/365 coverage. Pre-employment drug screen; base pay ranges hourly and may include incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years of dispatching experience in breakdown and/or tire services, or 5 years in related field with equivalent certifications.
• Strong dispatching and multitasking skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations; ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assign open events to nearest service providers with proper authorization.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow their instructions; report delays or problems to on-duty supervisor.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
