Cox Automotive's Cox Fleet is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to optimize fleet operations. You will coordinate and assign service events, verify authorization, and dispatch the nearest provider to complete repairs while keeping customers informed on ETA and any delays.

This 24/7/365 role requires multitasking, solid dispatching knowledge, and a high school diploma with related experience. Hourly pay ranges from $18.17 to $27.31 plus possible incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related dispatching experience.
• Strong dispatching and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations.
• Assess and assign open events to service providers.
• Verify authorization to dispatch and communicate ETA to customers.
• Inform supervisor of delays or problems with repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
