Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations and repairs.
• Assess and assign open events to nearest service provider.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events and monitor ETA.
• Inform customer and supervisor of delays or issues with repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
