Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatching experience in breakdown or tire contexts, or 5 years in a related field.
Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Assess and assign all open events.
Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
Assign the nearest service provider to perform repairs.
Inform customer of ETA and follow instructions.
Inform supervisor of delays or problems with repairs.
Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
