Cox Automotive's Cox Fleet is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to keep our 24/7 operations running smoothly. You will assess events, dispatch the nearest service provider, and ensure proper authorization for repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years dispatching experience or equivalent.
• Strong dispatching knowledge and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in breakdown/tire dispatch for medium to heavy duty vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign the nearest and appropriate service provider for repairs.
• Advise the customer of ETA and follow instructions.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or repair problems.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
