Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth and day-to-day dispatch and scheduling for our mobile and on-site fleet services. You will manage follow-up maintenance transactions, document customer interactions, schedule preventative maintenance, and collaborate with Field Operations to deploy the right technicians.

Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive partnerships within operations and service teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry, with aptitude to learn new software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to custody by repair technicians.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Schedule preventative maintenance proactively to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to ensure the right technicians are deployed to accounts.
