Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides highest level of guest service during all interactions and aims to exceed guest expectations.
• Takes reservations using proper hotel verbiage while following Forbes Travel Guidelines.
• Inputs and organizes reservation information and coordinates with internal departments.
• Upsells rooms and services to maximize revenue and occupancy.
