Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Front Desk Associate under the supervision of the Front Desk Supervisor. You will assist guests with inquiries, reservations, folios and billing, ensuring a five-star experience in line with Forbes Travel guidelines.

You will collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate guest services, maintain guest records, and handle requests with urgency, professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Hotel or administrative customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest level of service experience to guests during all interactions and actively aspiring to reach Department and enterprise defined goals and objectives.
• Welcomes guests with friendly and sincere demeanor while meeting Forbes Travel Guidelines.
• Assists with all guest’s reservations, folios and billing questions.
• Addresses guest’s concerns and resolves issues with expedited follow-up.
• Goes above and beyond to recover any service opportunities and exceed guest expectations.
