Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a courteous Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, register them, and provide information on services and rewards programs. You will handle phone inquiries, process transactions, and support the front desk with seamless operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in a customer service role; experience in an upscale hotel is preferred. A total rewards package and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a customer service role required.
• Previous experience working in an upscale hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests, issues room keys and provides information on hotel services and rewards program.
• Answers phones promptly and courteously; handles special guest requests.
• Processes cash and credit transactions; posts charges and prepares reports.
• Performs night audit accounting operations and reconciles revenues and tax charges.
• Coordinates with other departments to fulfill guest requests and escalates issues as needed.
• Books guest reservations and upsells rooms; follows seasonal demand strategies.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
