Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a VIP Services Representative to assist management with hotel and event reservations and to enhance guest relations. You will interact with guests, deliver superior service, and ensure guest data accuracy in line with department standards.

Under the VIP Services Manager and Supervisor, you will coordinate travel for patrons, manage VIP arrivals, and support a fast-paced casino environment while protecting confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of guest service experience with direct guest interaction.
• Casino environment experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel and special event reservations and guest requests.
• Assist guests with booking changes and inquiries; coordinate VIP arrivals.
• Enter and maintain guest profiles, preferences and escort arrangements as needed.
• Support department operations and adhere to policies and procedures.
