Job summary

You will work with VIP Services and other departments to anticipate guest needs, maintain accurate guest profiles, and resolve issues with poise in a fast-paced, high-volume setting; strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum four years in customer service, upscale hotel experience preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
Ability to handle multiple reservations and inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide highest service standards to guests and manage hotel, dining, and entertainment reservations.
Address guest concerns with immediate solutions and maintain guest records.
Safeguard confidential data and follow health and safety policies.
Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Participate in training and teamwork to enhance performance.
Perform other duties to support department operations.
