Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and experience in customer service.
• Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of Fire Suppression Systems experience and experience reading quotes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Schedule service for customers and manage workload of field technicians.
• Assist in account reconciliation, prepare reports and invoices.
• Secure permits and order for occasional projects as needed.
• Provide operational support and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal partners.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources.
