The Customer Experience Coordinator at Cintas Corporation delivers outstanding service to internal partners and customers, leveraging knowledge of alarm systems, portable extinguishers, suppression systems, and sprinklers.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling service, assisting with account reconciliation, preparing reports and invoices, securing permits, and supporting miscellaneous projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Manage workload of field technicians based on work availability, skill set, and routing.
• Assist partners with concerns related to fire suppression systems and related regulatory issues; act as main contact in scheduling.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to understand or de-escalate situations; resolve problems using technical knowledge and professional communication.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting into standard formats.
• Use external communications system to access required information for specified purposes.
• Provide operational support by leveraging fire suppression system knowledge to customers, vendors, and internal partners; schedule and dispatch technicians.
