Cintas is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Morrisville, NC to provide exceptional service to customers and internal partners. You will handle calls, scheduling, basic reporting, and coordination related to alarm, extinguisher, suppression, or sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities include gathering information from Service Managers and technicians, resolving issues, generating reports, and supporting project tasks.

Formación

• Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service; ability to transfer calls and manage inquiries.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset.
• Experience with coordinating scheduling and basic reporting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison for fire systems information to customers and partners.
• Schedule service and dispatch technicians based on workload and urgency.
• Assist in account reconciliation, reports, and invoices preparation.
