Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an Affiliate Service Representative in Morrisville, NC to deliver outstanding customer service and support for fire systems. You will handle scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and coordination with technicians and internal partners.

The role requires strong phone skills, experience in customer service, and familiarity with MS Office. Prior experience with fire suppression systems is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Morrisville.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone manner and prior customer service experience, including answering and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to provide accurate information to customers.
• Schedule service for customers and assist with account reconciliation and invoicing.
• Prepare reports and invoices; secure permits and coordinate with technicians.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to de-escalate issues.
• Produce accurate data reports from various sources for standard formats.
• Use external communications system to access required information.
