Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to internal partners and customers. You will handle calls, schedule service, assist with accounts, prepare reports, and order materials while coordinating with field technicians and service managers.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and basic fire system knowledge. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service experience, including answering phones and transferring calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Coordinate workload and routing for field technicians to optimize schedules.
• Be the main contact in scheduling for fire suppression issues and liaise with Service Managers.
• Gather complete information from Service Managers/technicians to resolve issues and de-escalate situations.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting into standard formats.
• Use external communications system to access required information for specified purposes.
• Provide operational support using fire suppression knowledge to customers, vendors, and partners; schedule/disptach technicians.
• Assist project managers with simple tasks following established procedures.
