Job summary

Cintas Corporation in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to internal partners and customers through knowledge of alarm, fire suppression, and sprinkler systems. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling service, assisting with invoices, securing permits, and ordering for projects.

You will coordinate with Service Managers and technicians, resolve customer and fire marshal issues, and produce reports from multiple data

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent phone demeanor with customer service experience including answering and transferring calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum 2 years of Fire Suppression Systems experience.
• Experience reading, understanding, and creating quotes.
• Fire Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with information.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs and inspection frequency.
• Assist in account reconciliation, prepare reports and invoices.
• Gather information from Service Managers and technicians to resolve issues and de‑escalate situations.
• Produce accurate reports from data in standard formats.
• Access required information via external communications system.
• Provide operational support by sharing fire suppression system knowledge with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Capture tasks for project managers related to fire suppression issues.
