Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver outstanding service to internal partners and customers, drawing on knowledge of alarm systems, portable extinguishers, suppression and sprinkler systems.

You will answer calls, schedule service, assist with account reconciliations, prepare reports and invoices, secure permits, and order items for projects, while coordinating with Service Managers, dispatching technicians, and communicating clearly with customers and fire

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with answering phones and transferring calls.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison regarding fire systems to support customers with accurate information.
• Schedule service for customers and dispatch technicians.
• Assist in account reconciliation and prepare reports/invoices.
• Secure permits; order items for miscellaneous projects.
• Gather information from Service Managers/technicians to resolve issues.
• Produce reports by collecting data from standard sources.
• Provide operational support using fire system knowledge to customers, vendors, and partners.
• Support project managers with simple tasks and established procedures.
