Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team. This role builds the operations of a bank program used by millions of Dashers each month, turning tough problems into clear plans and driving them to completion.

You will own monitoring, partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external teams, and scale onboarding and KYC initiatives. A strong problem-solver with 2–3 years in high-growth settings will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-growth teams across tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving with data backing decisions; comfortable pulling SQL or modeling in Excel.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity; eager to learn fast and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end—the metrics, operating model, and cross-functional partners.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build monitoring and mechanisms that catch issues before users report them; manage external vendors and partners to SLAs.
• GrowthOps: manage identity verification and onboarding, campaigns, and vendor performance to reduce friction from application to first use.
