Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team to help build the operations of a bank program at scale, used by millions of Dashers monthly. You will transform tough operational problems into clear plans and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.

We seek someone who can create proactive monitoring, own disputes, onboarding, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth teams and related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decisions (SQL or Excel).
• Curious, driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Willing to learn fast and take ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end - the metrics, the operating model, and the cross‑functional partners who make it work
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans, and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners
• Build the monitoring and mechanisms that catch problems before users report them, rather than after
• Manage external vendors and partners: hold them to their SLAs, elevate when they miss, and negotiate what we need
