Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. seeks a Manager, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team to build new fintech bets from the ground up.

You will own end-to-end product lines, shape strategy, and manage P&L for a new fintech offering, including early lending/credit initiatives and scaling successful pilots into sustainable businesses. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to validate hypotheses, run experiments, and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
• Comfortable with SQL/Excel and using data to decide what to do.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for business outcomes.
