Job summary

DoorDash’s Dasher Financial team is building fintech products to serve gig workers. As Manager, Strategy & Operations you’ll own a new product line from incubation to scale, shape strategy, and build the P&L for a fintech business.

You’ll lead experiments, size markets, work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics and Marketing, and be accountable for outcomes while growing toward a GM role in a high-potential area. Base salary ranges 136k–200k USD with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth tech/fintech/strategy & ops or consulting.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems without a framework and use data.
• Experience with SQL/Excel for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new fintech opportunities and size the market.
• Design experiments to validate demand and measure outcomes.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and own business outcomes.
• Scale successful products into sustainable businesses.
