Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team. You will lead new fintech bets from ground up, shaping strategy, testing hypotheses, and scaling to category-defining businesses.

You will act like a GM-in-training, owning a product line end-to-end, with early focus on lending and credit, while adapting to opportunities with high potential in fintech for gig workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech/fintech/ops/strategy).
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience owning P&L or full product/line ownership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new fintech opportunities and size the market.
• Design and run experiments to validate demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and own business outcomes.
• Scale successful products into sustainable businesses.
