Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to help scale the Dasher Financial bank program. You will own a core area end to end, drive structured plans across Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners, and build monitoring to catch issues early.

You will manage external vendors, uphold SLAs, and own the disputes and support experience as the product evolves, while improving onboarding and verification processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth teams (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-backed decisions; comfortable with SQL or Excel modeling.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity; willing to learn fast and take ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end, including metrics and operating model.
• Turn ambiguous problems into structured plans and drive them with cross-functional teams.
• Build monitoring and mechanisms to catch issues before users report them.
• Manage external vendors and partners, enforcing SLAs and negotiating needs.
• Own dispute and support experiences as the product evolves.
