Job summary

DoorDash seeks an Associate, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team to scale a bank-like program used by millions of Dashers each month. You will own end-to-end operations, turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, and drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.

You will build monitoring, manage vendor SLAs, and own onboarding, KYC health, and expansion efforts. This is a high-growth, zero-to-one opportunity at DoorDash.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-growth teams (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid learning.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end: the metrics, operating model, and cross-functional partners.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build monitoring and mechanisms to catch problems before users report them.
• Manage external vendors and partners, holding SLAs and negotiating requirements.
