Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Manager, Strategy & Operations for the Dasher Financial team in multiple U.S. cities, to build new fintech bets from ground up, test hypotheses, and scale into category-defining businesses. You will own a P&L for a new fintech product line, with end-to-end responsibility from incubation to market.

Successful candidate has 5+ years in high-growth environments; data-driven with SQL/Excel; Bachelor's required, Master’s preferred. Competitive base pay with equity and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech/fintech/strategy & ops).
• Proven track record turning ambiguous problems into scalable outcomes.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and startup mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and work cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for outcomes.
• Scale promising products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
