Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to drive strategic technology partnerships and accelerate net-new ARR in the Americas and international markets. You will translate regulatory challenges into Arctera use cases, deliver compelling demonstrations, and run trials/POCs with clear success metrics to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, information governance, eDiscovery, and archiving.
• Strong understanding of financial-services compliance use cases including surveillance and investigations.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, Security, and business functions.
• Proven pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets, partnering with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Translate customer requirements into Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing how Arctera meets regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear success criteria.
• Serve as SME for compliance workflows including communications, archiving, and eDiscovery.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Partners through the sales cycle.
• Capture competitive intelligence and provide input to Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop scalable demo content, industry use cases, and enablement materials.
