Job summary

Arctera is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to partner with customers across the Americas and international markets, translating regulatory and business challenges into Arctera use cases and guiding customers from strategy through adoption and value realization. You will deliver tailored demonstrations and run trials and POCs with clear objectives.

Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product and Engineering to address objections, respond to RFP, and drive Net New ARR growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or a similar customer-facing tech role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, RegTech with financial institutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications compliance/surveillance, eDiscovery, archiving.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, and business units.
• Proven pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Translate regulatory challenges into business and technical use cases for Arctera.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and run trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for use cases involving communications compliance and surveillance, archiving, eDiscovery, investigations, information governance, and related workflows.
• Partner with the Solutions Architect on complex opportunities, providing deep domain and product expertise while the Solutions Architect owns broader technical architecture.
