Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks an Account Technology Strategist to drive compliance-focused revenue across the Americas and international markets. You will translate regulatory challenges into compelling technology use cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, and design trials/POCs to advance opportunities.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Partners to win Net New ARR and accelerate opportunity progression.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or a comparable customer-facing tech role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech is required.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications compliance/surveillance, information governance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations, or data governance.
• Strong understanding of financial-services compliance use cases including capture, retention, supervision, surveillance, discovery, and investigation of electronic communications.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT, Security, and business functions.
• Proven pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition, including technical discovery, solution demonstrations, workshops, trials, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business challenges into compelling business and technical use cases.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts, and modern enterprise architectures.
• Experience presenting in competitive sales situations with clear differentiation and handling objections.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for technical and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets, partnering with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and Proofs of Concept (POCs) with defined objectives and outcomes.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities, providing deep domain and product expertise.
