Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to lead strategic technology engagement with customers across the Americas and international markets. You will translate regulatory and business challenges into Arctera-based solutions, deliver expert demonstrations, and drive trials and POCs that prove measurable compliance value.

You will partner with Sales and Solutions Architects, build repeatable demo scenarios, and contribute to ARR growth by accelerating opportunity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance technology, financial services technology, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech is required.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and technology challenges faced by financial institutions and other highly regulated organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support net-new customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets in partnership with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing how Arctera meets regulatory and business needs.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for use cases involving compliance workflows (eDiscovery, archiving, surveillance, information governance).
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect to address objections and guide opportunities toward technical closure.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with product capability and compliance details.
