Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to guide customers from strategy to adoption across the Americas and international markets. You will translate regulatory challenges into actionable Arctera-like use cases and deliver tailored demos to highlight business value.

You will design trials/POCs, collaborate with Solutions Architects, and support RFP/RFI responses, while staying current on regulatory trends and AI applications in compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications compliance/surveillance, information governance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations, or data governance.
• Strong understanding of financial-services compliance use cases (capture, retention, surveillance, discovery, investigations).
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT, Security, and business units.
• Proven pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition (discovery, demos, trials, POCs, RFP/RFI).
• Ability to translate regulatory/business challenges into compelling business/technical use cases.
• SaaS/cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts, modern architectures.
• Experience presenting in competitive sales scenarios to executives.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing compliance value and workflows.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear success criteria.
• Serve as SME for use cases involving compliance workflows, surveillance, archiving, and eDiscovery.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and cross-functional teams to address objections and close opportunities.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and customer evaluations.
• Keep updated on evolving financial-services regulations and AI applications in compliance.
• Develop reusable demos, use cases, and enablement materials to scale pre-sales.
