Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to partner with customers as a strategic technology advisor across the Americas and international markets. You will translate regulatory and business challenges into Arctera-aligned technology solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and lead POCs with measurable outcomes.

You will leverage deep domain expertise in compliance workflows, eDiscovery, information governance, and risk management, collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and modern enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing regulatory requirements and business outcomes.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with defined objectives and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partners to win Net New opportunities.
• Capture competitive intelligence and provide input to Product Management and Engineering.
