Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to translate complex regulatory and business challenges into compelling Arctera use cases and value propositions. You will lead tailored demonstrations, drive trials and POCs, and partner with Solutions Architects to navigate highly regulated environments across the Americas and International markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or equivalent customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech domains.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveillance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations, or data governance.
• Understanding of financial-services compliance use cases: capture, retention, supervision, surveillance, discovery and investigations.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT and business units.
• Proven pre-sales experience: discovery, solution demos, trials, POCs, RFP/RFI responses.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and business challenges into Arctera use cases and value.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations linked to customer workflows and regulatory needs.
• Design and execute trials and POCs with clear success criteria.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address objections.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with product capabilities and compliance workflows.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders across Americas and International markets.
• Develop reusable demos, industry use cases, and enablement materials.
