Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a seasoned Account Technology Strategist to drive Net New ARR by translating regulatory challenges into compelling use cases and driving adoption of Arctera solutions within the Americas and international markets.

The role requires deep domain expertise in Compliance, FinTech, RegTech, and strong pre-sales capabilities to demonstrate value beyond features, including tailored demos and POCs for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and technology challenges faced by financial institutions.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Translate regulatory and business challenges into technology solutions and use cases.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and address objections.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and engage with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and IT.
