You will develop relationships, mentor teams, and drive contracts and programs across the market, with travel up to 50% and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary and incentives reflect performance and market standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with proven results and selling to executives.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and related brands to end-user customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts and programs.
• Mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives and use Salesforce CRM effectively.
• Travel within territory up to 50% and travel-ready in assigned region.
