Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Trades Specialist for Baltimore/DC, with remote/field responsibilities. You will drive top-line sales across major brands, build key end-user partnerships, and mentor local teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.

You will leverage Salesforce CRM, collaborate with marketing, and travel up to half the time within your territory. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies.
• Proven track record selling to high-level executives and jobsite leaders.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for DEWALT, HTAS, STANLEY, and other brands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end-user partners and program contracts.
• Mentor local market team on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing on initiatives and programs.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and communicate progress to team and accounts.
