You will drive sales of DEWALT, STANLEY and other brands, build end-user relationships, and mentor local market teams while collaborating with marketing and service centers.

The role requires strong sales skills, travel up to 50% in territory, and a track record of delivering results. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with the ability to travel and use CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in construction supplies.
• Proven track record delivering results and selling to executives.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets in the Memphis territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end-user partners and programs.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on end-user development processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to execute marketing initiatives.
• Maintain Salesforce.com and report successes/failures for future planning.
