Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trade Specialist for Greenville, SC, to join our Commercial Construction field sales team as a remote employee in your territory.

You will drive top‑line sales by promoting DEWALT and other brands to end‑user customers and build lasting relationships. You’ll mentor local market teams on End User development, coordinate with Channel Marketing, and use Salesforce as your CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with end-user partners and programs.
• Mentor local market team on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and report on successes and failures.
