Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. is seeking a Trades Specialist to join our Commercial Construction field sales team as a virtual employee in the Omaha, NE region.

You will drive top-line sales targets for DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and other brands by building relationships with end-user partners and managing contracts and programs. You will mentor local market teams on end-user development, collaborate with Channel Marketing, and use Salesforce to track opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to engage with executives and directors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts.
• Teach end-user development processes to local market teams.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool.
