Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trades Specialist to join our Commercial Construction field sales team, covering Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

You will drive top-line sales for DEWALT and other brands, cultivate end-user partnerships, and mentor local market personnel to align purchasing with company programs. You will collaborate with Channel Marketing, maintain Salesforce CRM, and pursue opportunities with distributors and service centers to strengthen market share while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Marketing or related field.
3+ years in Sales/Marketing for Construction Supplies with proven results.
Travel up to 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

Achieve top-line sales targets for DEWALT and other brands within the assigned territory.
Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and programs.
Teach and mentor local market teams on End User development and purchasing processes.
Partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
Maintain Salesforce.com CRM and report successes and failures for process improvement.
