Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Duluth area to connect with the community and grow residential customer base. You’ll represent Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, landline and TV services through face-to-face engagements while achieving defined sales targets.

This role requires occasional evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and a drive to sell.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories, including occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation, including entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support goals and growth.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
