Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our customer base for high-speed data and telecommunications solutions. The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, consultative needs analyses, and presenting tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
• Willing to travel door-to-door in local communities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in sales preferred (2+ years).
• Knowledge of cable/telecom services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities in territory.
