Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum's high-speed data and communication services. You will meet with prospective residential customers, conduct needs analyses, and deliver tailored proposals in a dynamic, outdoor-focused role.

You’ll drive growth with a base salary plus incentives, earning a total compensation that can exceed $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales paperwork including entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training for team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors and share insights with your manager.
