Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will connect with communities by representing our trusted communications products through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers, expanding access to high‑speed data and reliable video, TV, and mobile services.

You’ll visit assigned leads, conduct consultative needs analyses, and present tailored proposals aligned with customer needs, driving Spectrum’s growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals highlighting Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report to management.
