Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our high‑speed data, TV, mobile and voice services. You will visit residential leads, perform needs analyses and present tailored proposals in a face‑to‑face environment, with a base salary plus incentives.

The role demands outdoor work, strong communication, and the ability to travel, often evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and needs-based selling abilities.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete required sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Hit monthly targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors and report insights to management.
