Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage with the community, represent our telecommunications offerings, and grow our high-speed data and voice services. You will meet prospective residential customers through assigned leads and present tailored solutions in person.

This role emphasizes outdoor field work, a base salary plus incentives, and a compensation package that can exceed $100,000 annually for top performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel door-to-door in territory.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager
