Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations to each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately (dispositioning, order entry, reporting).
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within the territory and inform management.
